The Litto Gomez Diez incorporates rare and difficult to grow Pelo de Oro along with Sumatra-seed and Corojo varietals.La Flor Dominicana began releasing Small Batch in 2006 using a Sumatra-seed wrapper that it grew for the first release. Because of the yields, there was only enough wrapper for a small amount of cigars, hence the name. Since then, Small Batch has been reserved for special vintages of prized tobaccos grown by La Flor Dominicana. Litto Gomez Diez Small Batch are now produced using shimmering maduro Pelo de Oro wrappers and vintage Sumatra and Corojo tobaccos, all grown at the La Canela farm in the Dominican Republic. Each release is limited to just 250 cabinet boxes of 105, however singles and 10 ct. packs are available so that everyone can try this rare, ultra-premium cigar.
