After more than two years of development, the M81 is finally here! James Hetfield (lead singer of Metallica) and Johnathan Drew (Co-founder of Drew Estate) have spent the past couple years trying to create something more bold and unique than anything on the market. The resulting project is "dark" and "unapologetic" while boasting some impressive complexity and flavor. James Hetfield describes it as "the perfect full bodied cigar." Using a Mexican San Andres Wrapper over a Connecticut Broadleaf binder would make a cigar strong by itself. But the Blackened M81 also uses Nicaraguan Maduro fillers mixed with "Pennsylvania Green River One Sucker," of the rarest and strongest tobaccos to be used in cigars.
