Casa Carrillo Limited Edition Pledge Purple Robusto

Casa Carrillo Limited Edition Pledge Purple Robusto – 5¼ x 52

A legendary cigar. An extraordinary wrapper. A new chapter in the Pledge legacy.

Casa Carrillo celebrates the legacy of its award-winning Pledge series with the limited-production Casa Carrillo Pledge Purple Robusto. This special 5¼ x 52 box-pressed cigar joins the prestigious Premier Collection, honoring the original Pledge Prequel, which earned Cigar Aficionado's No. 1 Cigar of the Year for 2020 with an exceptional 98-point rating.

What makes the Pledge Purple Robusto truly special is its extraordinary Havana-seed Connecticut wrapper, grown by Dunn & Foster in the Connecticut River Valley. Sourced from the same remarkable tobacco crop used for the original Pledge Prequel, this carefully reserved wrapper has been aged for nearly a decade. Beneath it lies an entirely reimagined blend featuring a Mexican binder and Nicaraguan fillers from Estelí, Condega, and Ometepe, creating a distinctive full-strength cigar designed to showcase the depth and complexity of its exceptional tobacco.

Handcrafted at the Casa Carrillo factory in the Dominican Republic, the Casa Carrillo Limited Edition Pledge Purple Robusto 5¼ x 52 represents a remarkable combination of patience, craftsmanship, and premium tobacco. Produced in limited quantities and presented in boxes of 10, this special release is an excellent addition for collectors of limited-production Casa Carrillo cigars, admirers of Ernesto Perez-Carrillo's celebrated blends, and enthusiasts seeking a new expression of the legendary Pledge series.
