The Diamond Crown Black Diamond is made by Arturo Fuente and was over three years in development. The exquisite blend was chosen with input from both the late Carlos Fuente Sr. and Carlito Fuente, the Newman family, as well as a select group of retailers and Diamond Crown enthusiasts. The Diamond Crown Black Diamond's dark, Cuban-seed sun-grown wrapper was grown in Connecticut and aged for eight years before an extended fermentation. The binder and filler features tobacco from the Fuente family’s Chateau de la Fuente farm.
