This is the second release Viaje has done from Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr’s Tabacalera La Alianza. In 2017, Viaje released its first cigar out of Tabacalera La Alianza, the Viaje Piña. While Viaje owner Andre Farkas and Perez-Carrillo Jr were working on the Viaje Piña, the two came up with a second blend. While a blend was selected for the Piña, a decision was made to use the second blend for a Juntos release.The Viaje-EPC Juntos features a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and all Nicaraguan filler. The cigars are released in two sizes – a 6 x 54 Torpedo and 6 x 54 Toro – the same sizes used on the Viaje Juntos 2016 edition done with Quesada. Like the 2016 edition, the Viaje-EPC Juntos uses the same two interlocking tin packaging.
